Privacy Notice

Limey is an accountless prediction-market research companion for adults. It has no Limey login, payment account, or Limey-held funds.

Information handled

• Questions you submit are sent to Limey’s service and may be processed by an AI service provider.
• When you deliberately enable voice input, Apple microphone and speech-recognition services process audio or speech to create text.
• Display preferences, recent market-response caches, and a small rolling set of Apple MetricKit diagnostics are stored on your device. Saved markets and followed-name topics may also be stored in Limey’s cloud under a random, pseudonymous installation credential so the watchlist remains durable. Limey does not store that raw credential.
• The service records limited operational data such as request time, route, status, request ID, and network address for reliability and abuse prevention. Authorization headers and prompt bodies are not included in access logs.

Use, sharing, and choices

Information is used to answer requested research, secure and operate the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, respond to support, and comply with law. Limey does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking. Infrastructure, AI-processing, Apple speech, security, and support providers may handle information only as needed to operate Limey.

You can erase Limey’s on-device data, caches, and stored diagnostics in Settings and remove saved cloud watchlist items in the app. Removing or reinstalling the app can make an old pseudonymous installation watchlist inaccessible; contact support@derryberryconsulting.com for help with deletion while you still have the installation credential. Avoid submitting passwords, trading credentials, precise financial details, health information, or other sensitive information.

Children and security

Limey is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Limey uses encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.
